When Self-Reliance - Your Superpower - Quietly Becomes Your Prison.
In our circles, we are often the ones people turn to when things get difficult. We pride ourselves on being the "safe pair of hands", the ones who can find a way through any challenge.
After all, the corporate world rewards the problem solvers, the fixers, and the rocks who never seem to crumble under pressure.
But there is a hidden cost to being the person everyone comes to. When your identity is built on being the one with all the answers, asking a question or asking for help, can feel like an admission of failure.

Examine why you delay asking for help and what it actually costs you personally and professionally.
Watch here for more explanation.
