How To Break A Habit


At times when we are in tough situations and it clouds our mind, it is best to think that we have the intelligence in our subconscious mind that we know and see it all, and let the answer reveal to you. The mental attitude will enable you to find a solution. The attitude of our mind will bring meaning to you.


We as humans are creature of habit. Our subconscious mind functions on habits. We learnt to swim, ride a bicycle, drive a car by consciously doing it over and over again until a track is being printed in our subconscious mind. Therefore, when we repeat the routine, it becomes a habit for us and our subconscious takes over. Some people call this second nature. We all have the free choice to choose a good or bad habit. If we keep repeating a negative thought for a long period of time, it will become a habit for our subconscious minds.


When we want to break a habit, our conscious mind and subconscious mind have to cooperate in order for the idea or desire of the subconscious mind to realize. When our conscious mind realizes the impact that it will lead us to from a bad habit, the conscious mind will be able to form a new path to create a new habit.


We can be conditioned negatively, but we also can be conditioned positively. By using our conscious mind to change a habit, we stopped thinking that we are powerless to overcome the negative habit, and we start to realize that the only obstacle we have is our own thoughts.
