This position is strictly open to candidates who currently possess the legal right to work in Singapore (e.g., Singaporean, Permanent Resident, or existing Dependant's Pass with LOC eligibility). Please note that Dr OM & Associates does not offer Employment Pass sponsorship at this time.

Academic Background​
​
Our clinical standards require a minimum of a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
​
Do you hold a Master’s Degree (or higher) in Counselling, Psychology, or a related clinical field, which also required you to complete a clinical practicum?

Professional Accreditation​
​
We require all our therapists to be governed by a recognised professional body.
​
Are you currently registered (Full or Provisional) or eligible for registration with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)?

Professional Indemnity Insurance​

To maintain our high standards, we require practitioners to be in possession of (or willingness to obtain) valid Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Structure and Compensation​
​
This is an Independent Contractor position. Compensation is based on a competitive, tiered revenue split that grows with your seniority, there is no fixed monthly salary.

Growth & Visibility​
​
We provide the clients, but you build the reputation. We expect our associates to actively build their profile by producing one piece of thought-leadership content (e.g., article, video or content) per month.
