About Me
I would be known as a therapist who specialises in supporting women (or individuals identifying as feminine) through life transitions and emotional dysregulation by holding space when identity, attachment, meaning, and self-worth are under pressure.
Women navigating transitions such as motherhood, menopause, career shifts, relocation, relationship changes, or divorce are not just dealing with external adjustments, They are confronting an internal narrative and an internal voice that conflicts with their own authentic 'source' or their inherent essence. The emotional dysregulation is patterned, layered, and deeply connected to a woman’s history, her relational templates, her cultural context as well as her hormonal and metabolic health.
When a woman feels dysregulated, there is usually a dissonance between her idea of 'self'/ego that has been externally focussed, versus her compassionate self that is internally focussed.
Women are complex and layered and the central drivers of human evolution. As a therapist, I honour that complexity by not just resorting to textbook pathology or symptom based clinical therapy but a nuanced, attentive presence that offers safety & partnership.
