Who We Are

Dr OM & Associates exists to dismantle the narrative that therapy is solely about crisis management. We believe that true mental health is the foundation of a life lived with agency, clarity, and depth.

We are a collective of clinicians who refuse to settle for surface-level symptom reduction. Our work sits at the intersection of clinical rigour and profound human connection, serving a community of clients who are ready to move beyond coping and towards reclaiming their authentic selves.

We are expanding a centre for high-impact therapeutic work, a place where trust is the currency and transformation is the standard.

In everything we do, we operate by a set of core values:

  • PURPOSE - To alleviate unnecessary suffering for all.

  • VISION - To create a world where mental and physical health co-exist as complementing therapies and priorities.

  • MISSION - To help people reconnect to their innate power.

  • VALUES - Care, Love and Respect

Job Brief

We’re hiring a strategic, execution-oriented Marketing Executive to join our core team of three and drive growth across three distinct brands: our psychology clinic, our flagship retreats/workshops, and our therapist-focused co-working space.

Your mission is to transition our clinic from a founder-led practice to a multi-practitioner brand, fill our retreat calendars, and maintain high occupancy in our co-working suites. You’ll work directly with the Founder and Operations Partner to turn clinical expertise into market-leading storytelling, content, and conversions.

We’re not looking for a “Social Media Manager” who just schedules posts, or a “Graphic Designer” who just makes pretty slides. We want a Creator and a Lead Generator, a digital native who can take the keys to our brand and become the primary storyteller for the clinic.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will shoot, edit, write, and post, and you’ll own organic social as a growth channel, launching new products and driving inbound leads.

If you’re obsessed with social trends, understand the psychology of a strong hook, and want to build a portfolio that proves you can grow a real business, this is your role.

What You'll Do

Own the Feed (Social Media Management)

  • Plan & Post: Plan, shoot, edit, and post 3–5 times per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Take full ownership of the calendar.

  • Community & Tone: Engage with our community in comments/DMs using perfect, professional English. Maintain a calm, human brand tone across all channels.

  • Adaptation: Adapt long-form clinical or thought-leadership content into accessible, audience-friendly formats (carousels, reels).

Content Production (Video First & Design)

  • Video: Produce high-retention short-form video (Reels/TikTok) using CapCut or Premiere Pro. You must understand pacing, hooks, and trending audio.

  • Design: Design minimalist, premium static assets (Carousels/Quotes/Decks) using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Help evolve visual consistency across platforms.

  • Reality: Film "reality-style" content at the clinic, capturing the atmosphere of our space and events.

Campaign & Strategic Execution

  • Launches: Execute launch campaigns for new products (e.g., The Mental Health Review) and support marketing for wellness retreats.

  • Translation: Translate clinical "Essence Model" concepts into compelling, visual content.

  • Optimization: Track metrics (views, saves, shares) and pivot the strategy weekly based on data. Support the transition from founder-centric visuals to a broader clinic identity.

Projects & Operations

  • Logistics: Coordinate with the Clinic Operations Manager to ensure digital leads are being captured correctly.

  • Research: Conduct or prepare research on competitors or trends as required by the Director.

  • Ad-Hoc: Coordinate project strategies, timelines, and resources for specific clinic initiatives as required.

Where you’ll apply this (by business line)

  • Psychology clinic: build trust in associate clinicians, strengthen local visibility/SEO, and keep enquiries steady.

  • Workshops/retreats: run end-to-end campaigns to fill calendars; support partnerships and repurpose clinical IP into lead magnets.

  • Co-working space: create “vibe” and credibility that attracts therapists; support targeted outreach in a competitive rental market.

Who We Are Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Are a digital native: You live on social media, understand hooks, and spot trends before they peak.

  • Are a storyteller with empathy: You can translate sensitive topics into content that feels human, ethical, and nuanced (especially in mental health). Your English is clear, persuasive, and warm.

  • Are a visual creator: You have an eye for premium minimalism, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, not just templates.

  • Have a growth mindset: You don’t just “post”; you think about converting attention into enquiries, bookings, and members.

  • Are a Swiss Army Knife (in a good way): Comfortable switching between creative execution and light analysis (what worked, why it worked, what to do next).

  • Are hungry and coachable: You want to build a portfolio that reflects real business growth, you’re organised and reliable, and you’re open to feedback.

  • Are drawn to purpose-driven work: Curious about psychology, wellbeing, and building a brand that genuinely helps people.

What You'll Bring With You

Required (baseline)

  • Proven lead generation + email marketing experience (nurture sequences, funnels, conversion thinking)

  • Short-form content production: basic design (Canva/Adobe) + video editing for Reels/Shorts

  • Working knowledge of local SEO and paid social basics (Meta Ads)

Attitudes (how you work)

  • Obsessed with quality and details (you care about the last 10%)

  • Moves fast: ships content quickly and finishes important tasks without chasing

  • Comfortable on camera or directing others; can capture “real” moments

  • Experiments with new formats; learns from what flops and iterates

  • Enjoys translating abstract psychological concepts into clear, human content

Qualifications / portfolio

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Mass Comm/Marketing/Design/Arts) or a strong personal portfolio

  • Fresh graduates welcome, we hire for output, not tenure

  • Portfolio note: show personal projects or real-world work (not coursework). We want evidence of initiative, engagement, and growth.

Preferred skills (bonus)

  • Video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

  • Design: Canva + Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop)

  • Copywriting: excellent written English (native-level a plus)

  • Social fluency: strong grasp of IG/TikTok mechanics (hooks, retention, formats, distribution)

What This Role Is (and Isn't)

This role is:

  • Creative and fast-paced.

  • High-agency (we expect you to have ideas, not just wait for instructions).

  • A chance to launch real products in the market.

This role is not:

  • A "Receptionist" or Admin role.

  • A traditional "Graphic Design" role (we care about engagement, not just pretty pixels).

  • A 9-to-5 where you just clock in; we deal with human connection, and that requires energy.

Why Join Us

You will be the third core member of a growing ecosystem. You’ll have direct access to the Founder’s clinical expertise and the Operations Partner’s strategic oversight, offering a massive opportunity to see how a multi-entity wellness business scales from the ground up.
