Dr OM & Associates is founded by Dr Oberdan Marianetti. We are currently pivoting to a "Clinic-Centric" model, launching new high-value assessment products and expanding our associate team. We are moving fast, and we need a voice that can keep up.

Job Brief
We are looking for experienced clinicians who are keen to provide high quality care, grow their private practice, and work as part of an amazing team. Our aim is to develop a multi-disciplinary team to better serve the nuanced needs of our clients.
In this role you will be responsible for providing counselling and therapy services to clients, as well as writing and maintaining your case notes for effective case management. You will also contribute to promoting your own profile, and be given the opportunity to facilitate group activities or workshops.
While the company will provide you with all the systems and tools to attract and onboard clients, you will be responsible for the effective management of your consultation schedule and its associated processes.
The majority of our clients are English speaking, additional language skills would be an advantage.
