Service Description

As a new potential client, you want to make sure that the therapist you work with is the right one for you. This 60 minutes consultation will answer the questions that will help you decide how to better derive value from our work together. If you are attending as a couple, you can choose to split the session 30 minutes each, or have it jointly. This session can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 before its scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, please take note of the cancellation policy below: The following arrangements shall apply when the client initiates delays or cancellations: • Changes and cancellations incur no charge up to 24 hours from the scheduled session time • Changes and cancellations incur a 100% charge if requested within 24 hours from the scheduled session time LATENESS • 0-15 minutes into the scheduled session: allowed to join and complete the session, under the understanding that the session cannot go in depth • 15+ minutes into the scheduled session: not allowed to join the session, and considered no-show; therefore considered a completed session Please note that Paid Plans have an expiry date in months equal to the number of sessions within them. The 6 Sessions Plan shall be completed within 6 months from purchase date, the 12 Sessions Plan shall be completed within 12 months from purchase date. Any paid plan can be terminated subject to a 20% admin fee on the outstanding number of sessions. We undertake to observe the agreed dates. If he is unable to do so, he shall notify you immediately.
